This 2007 Frauscher 686 Lido is a 23′ speedboat that was purchased in 2022 and subsequently refurbished with work that involved installing a rebuilt Volvo Penta GXi V8, lining the deck and cockpit sole in PlasDECK flooring, reupholstering the cockpit in tan vinyl, replacing the wiring, and replacing the hubs and tires on the tandem-axle trailer. The fiberglass hull is finished in red and white, and features include a Volvo Penta DuoProp outdrive, a ski pylon, a swim platform, a deck-mounted fresh water hose, a depth finder, and Faria instrumentation. This 686 Lido is now offered with a tandem-axle trailer, a cover, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Florida title for the boat, and Florida registration
The 686 Lido was built by Frauscher of Ohlsdorf, Austria, and this example’s fiberglass hull is finished in red with white paint below the waterline. Features include a tinted windscreen, a swim platform, a ski pylon, and a deck-mounted fresh water hose. The anchor windlass was fitted with a replacement electric motor under current ownership.
The deck and cockpit sole were lined with PlasDECK flooring under current ownership, and the bucket seats, rear bench, and forward seating area were reupholstered in tan vinyl. Amenities include a depth finder, a replacement stereo, cup holders, and storage cubbies. Also present is a refrigerator
The port-side helm fronts a suite of Faria instrumentation consisting of a 7k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for voltage, fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and trim angle. The boat is not equipped with an hour meter, and total runtime is unknown.
Power is from a replacement Volvo Penta GXi V8 that is said to have been rebuilt prior to its installation under current ownership. The GM-derived engine is equipped with a TBI fuel injection system, a five-bearing crankshaft, and two overhead valves per cylinder. The seller estimates approximately 50 hours of runtime on the replacement engine.
Forward and reverse propulsion is provided by a Volvo Penta DuoProp outdrive. The tandem-axle trailer is finished in black and is equipped with a rolling tongue jack, a hand winch, and lighting. The trailer’s hubs and tires were replaced under current ownership.
